Terms & Conditions
1. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. Vouchers are non-refundable.
3. Pre-booking is required to redeem a voucher. This can be done by telephone or email. Please be advised that if you require a weekend or school holiday to book several weeks in advance.
4. Experiences are run all year round and are subject to availability at time of booking.
5. It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to redeem before the expiry date.
6. Expired vouchers can be extended by three months with an additional payment of £10 on Hawk Walks/Owl Encounters, £20 on Half Day Experience and £30 on Full Day Experiences.
7. Pembrokeshire Falconry reserve the right to postpone an experience with reasonable cause (e.g. dangerous weather conditions).
8. Pembrokeshire Falconry reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
